Shipping, Returns & Taxes

Standard shipping is based on a number of factors, including weight, volume and distance. The shipping rates are as follows (excludes Alaska & Hawaii):

$25.50 under $300.00
$34.00 under $400.00
$42.50 under $500.00
$51.00 under $600.00
$59.50 under $700.00
$68.00 under $800.00
$76.50 under $900.00
$85.00 under $1,000.00
$85.00 over $1,000.00

Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless of the purchase amount. We will contact you if higher shipping rates apply.

Order processing timeframes range from 3-7 business days from purchase.  Standard ground delivery timeframes are calculated by the shipping provider and are based on your shipping location.

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we are unable to make any further changes to the order. 

We accept returns on orders if the items are unused and not damaged.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We collect sales tax in NJ and are governed by NJ state laws. If you are a NJ tax-exempt organization, please complete and account application for tax-exempt orders or contact us to arrange for a tax-exempt sale.
